Here are some of the most common early pregnancy signs that a woman will experience after becoming pregnant.

Bleeding from implantation – This is one of the early signs of pregnancy and it can occur within the first 6 to 10 days after conception. Implantation happens when an egg is fertilized. It refers to the egg embedding itself in the endometrium or lining of the uterus.

Missing your regular menstruation period – One of the most significant and most obvious pregnancy signs is a missed menstrual cycle. Although this is an early sign or pregnancy it’s not foolproof as not all women have regular menstrual periods. However, if you have a regular menstrual cycle and suddenly miss your period – you may want to take a pregnancy test.
