Losing The Love Handles

Jul 30th, 2010

When I was in my 20’s I always found it easy to lose weight by cutting back on the carb heavy food and doing a bit more aerobic exercise. Over time though, I’m not sure if it’s metabolism or my tendency to eat larger meals, but I had stubborn love handles I just couldn’t shift. At first I thought the solution would be as simple as just stepping up my aerobic routine but after reading through the diet solution reviews it soon became clear that in order to burn body fat as efficiently as possible I was going to have to follow a proven guide and get the diet side of things right as well. I guess nobody said it would be easy but at least now I know a big part of the secret is down to the overall diet I follow consistently.
