Yeast Infection Cause And What You Can Do About It?

There are many factors that can result to yeast infection, most are directly related to the food, medicines and other products we use and some are environmental factors beyond our control. Refined Sugar – from ice cream, candies and soda, and carbohydrates – from bread, rice and cereals are just some of the source of the candida albicans, which is a genus of yeast that can cause disease.
