Weight Loss Programs Pain Free And Successful

“Consider this: how did people manage their weight fifty years ago? Sure, some people became portly over time, strictly due to excess intake of food. Today, we are constantly reminded of the plague of obesity that invades our society today. The implication is that its all our fault. To a degree, this is true. From another perspective, fifty years ago we didn’t have a fast food place on every corner, no one knew what a trans fat was and food additives and prepared meals were unknown. Herein lies the secret of a successful diet.”
This is an excerpt from my article on the commonsense, pain free weight loss approach. So many are caught up with mysterious new ideas which promise overnight weight loss only to be disappointed even if they work in the short run. We obsess over our weight and look for a complex remedy – our grandparents did it all without effort .
