There are several ways and methods on how to stop smoking, the most effective way. But you need to assess yourself first, do you have the determination to stop the habit? Do you really have the willingness to quit for good? The longer you have been smoking, the harder it is to quit, it is really hard but it is not impossible, in fact it is very doable.
The first 3 days may seem to be like an eternity, but think of this as your first step towards, towards total freedom.
whats more, I have recently found a 7 day program that would help you kick it off. Again, it will be you against yourself.
