Eating the right foods is very important for our health, and not only is our daily routine affected by it, but our sleep as well. For example, if you drink a lot of coffee prior to bed, you can’t really hope for a good night’s rest; the caffeine from the coffee will keep you awake. Hence, eating the right things can influence your sleep health.
While everyone is different, there are some foods that help you sleep better. These foods help increase the levels of serotonin and dopamine in the brain. Serotonin and dopamine are important neurotransmitters that play an important role in sleeping.
