Your body undergoes most of the changes during second trimester period and most importantly diet and nutrition require moré attention. Most of the pregnant woman experience lack of good health especially in view of the morning sickness etc but will learn to adjust with new levels of hormones in the body. Such problems will completely fade away by the sixteenth week of the pregnancy.
