Learn How to Increase HDL Cholesterol Levels in Your Blood

HDL cholesterol is the good cholesterol if you didn’t already know. Therefore, it is best for you to increase your levels to around 50 or 60mg/dL in your blood. So, let’s learn how to increase HDL cholesterol and get your health up to standard. Exercise several times a week for 30 minutes or more can increase your HDL by as much as 5%. Healthy eating can also contribute to increased levels of HDL.
