How to Tell If You Have Penile Yeast Infection

Jan 13th, 2010

A common problem about male yeast infection is that its symptoms can be so unnoticeable that men won’t even know they have it. This is alright if the infection goes away by itself, which it usually does, but if you are afflicted with a more severe variety of the infection, early treatment is absolutely necessary. So how do you know if you do have it? There is a simple test you can do at home to find out. Upon waking up in the morning, spit two times into a glass of water and wait. If your spit dissolves completely, you are in the clear. But if after 15 minutes, it becomes cloudy and sinks to the bottom of the glass, you may have a male yeast infection and should seek treatment right away.
