As you get older, having correct posture is no longer simply a matter of looking good or keeping up with good habits.
Most of the people I know work jobs in offices where they have to spend several hours a day at the keyboard.
If they would just take the time to improve posture habits, they would be free from many of the aches and pains that are so common among office workers.
Of course for some people, having proper posture isn’t enough. I’ve always found that if I don’t get up and take a stretch every hour or so, I get really cramped and uncomfortable.
