Got Constipated? You May Be Dehydrated

Here are a few tips to make sure you are hydrated.

Your day has you on the road a lot
Get a large bottle of water and carry it with you. Get into the habit of making yourself pick it up and taking a large swig of the liquid every now and then. A lot of quick drinks all day long will add up.

Are you in the office all day ?
Make room at your desk for an always available drink source. Keep a large cup or bottle of water beside you and keep sipping on it all day long. Refill it when it gets empty. If you get into a habit of doing this you will not have a problem keeping your body hydrated.
